The Vienna Christmas market takes place in front of the magnificent Rathaus - city hall - which forms a stunning and majestic backdrop to one of the most attractive European Christmas markets.
Here the magic of Advent is wonderfully alive as you browse among well over 100 large wooden stalls, selling a huge selection of delicious foodstuffs, decorations, nativity figures and festive gifts, with a wealth of opportunities to buy special Christmas presents.
